My expertise lies in formulating technology strategies, enhancing marketing operations, and pioneering CX-driven initiatives, all aimed at fostering innovation, efficiency, and growth.
I discovered martech before it became a buzzword and have been striving to understand its impact on businesses and communities ever since.
